Accumulation for Cream Sandwich Line

This system handles a small round sandwiched product. Our 24 lane infeed and vibratory systems provide product handling and accumulation, eventually feeding six two row sandwich machines under controlled pressure. Our channeling board, turnover unit and series of conveyors bring the product under control and turn over every other biscuit, ready for the creaming process. If the Cream sandwich machines stop, product accumulates in the vibratory tracks, minimizing the amount of product which needs to be dumped.
