Multi Product Sandwich Line

This system is a multi-product line for creating round and maple leaf shaped sandwich products. It consists of a twin level conveyor infeed, upper for rounds, lower for maple shape, fed to a vibratory system, which provides storage, and then  directly to a four row sandwich machine. A variety of number of lanes of product is lane reduced to 8 lanes, via the use of our airtable.  Our infeed system also turns over every other biscuit, ready for creaming.
